Foam Packaging

Complex, precision, delicate parts require the correct foam packaging to ensure they arrive at your customer in the condition you sent them, Rout 1 can design and supply a complete solution for your packaging needs.

You can supply us with your product information as a CAD drawing or the actual part, we then require the batch quantity you need to work with and Rout 1 can design the Foam Packaging to suit.

We can offer a variety of boxes including waterproof (Peli) cases, standard Euro Boxes, ESD (anti-static) boxes, plastic presentation cases & cardboard boxes.

Once designed we can provide a 3D preview of the design and should the need require a sample of the proposed packaging, we will then work with you to optimize the design to your exact requirements.

Your products will then arrive at your customer in perfect condition.

We have packaged a diverse range of products such as aircraft parts, munitions, medical equipment, precision parts, measuring equipment, jigs and fixtures, gauges, machinery spares etc.

A range of different foam packaging options are available including high quality foam for presentation cases (in a variety of colours), ESD anti-static foam and budget foams where high quantities may be required.

For Production Parts Kitting, we can produce foams which will present a kit to line-side of the correct parts, to ensure only the parts required are available to aid efficient assembly.
